Molly served on the Illinois LMSC (ILMSA) Board since 2016 in various roles. She was the Coaches Chair (2016-2023), Vice Chair (2020-2023), and Chair (2023-2025). As Coaches Chair in ILMSA, she sponsored several coaching clinics for ILMSA coaches, promoted USMS coaches clinics, and procured LMSC funds to subsidize members attendance. Most recently, in May 2025 her Joliet Blue Tides was the host facility for USMS level 2 & 3 coaches clinic. Additionally, Molly served on the USMS Coaches Committee (2018-2025) and currently she served as the Chair. In this role, she supported USMS programs to recruit, educate and support USMS coaches. At the club level, Molly was the head coach for Joliet Tides (2016-2025). She grew the club from 35 to nearly 75 members, and their club achieved a top three ranking in the ILMSA annual state meet.Molly took the primary responsibility for ensuring the annual ILMSA State meet competition, which had over 500 participants, was organized and ran smoothly.
