Marc Anderson volunteered his time for Minnesota Masters Swimming by spearheading two important programs that benefited his local swimming community. He worked to create the Minnesota Masters Swimming Hall of Fame to honor his fellow swimmers and preserve local history. His contributions included the development of review criteria, analysis, induction ceremony, and recipients' awards, resulting in a reenergized membership. Marc also organized the records and reporting processes for the LMSC. Records were systematically reported, verified, and submitted on time, leading to better accuracy. As a result, participation increased at local competitions, and swimmers had accurate and up-to-date archives to use in setting their goals.
