U.S. Masters Swimming Dorothy Donnelly Service Award

Phil is a CPA and has volunteered his services and expertise to many over the years. He does all necessary paperwork for the financial aspects and assists other teams in the LMSC and has served as the LMSC financial chair for Illinois since 2004. At the LMSC level, Phil initiated the college student and young swimmer discount at the LMSC level and refinanced the LMSC reserves. As a cancer survivor, Phil volunteered his services to Swim Across America as a financial advisor. He personally raised $14,000 and his relay team raised $87,000. Phil has spent countless hours crunching numbers, attending meetings, and consulting to many within USMS.
