Tom has participated as the Meet Director of SPMA’s Short Course Meters Championships, Chairman of the SPMA Marketing Committee, and helped grow the club’s membership to its largest size in history. He also served as an SPMA board member and volunteer coach. On the national level he served as Vice Chair of the USMS Marketing Committee.
