Bill was a member of St. Pete Masters in Saint Petersburg, Fla., and served as sanctions chair for the Florida LMSC from 1991 - 1996. He served on the USMS Sports Medicine and Research Committee from 1990 - 1993 and the Ad Hoc Fitness Committee in 1990.
